Daniel – Calm Framer Mentor

(Overflow Education)


1. About Daniel

Daniel is a subscription-based digital service offered under Overflow Education, operated and billed by Simply Designs Studio.

Daniel is designed to function as a calm, AI-powered mentor to support freelancers, creators, and founders with guidance related to Framer, websites, business clarity, and strategic decision-making.

By subscribing to Daniel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Daniel is offered through the following recurring subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: ₱1,000 billed every month

  • Quarterly Plan: ₱2,000 billed every three (3) months

Payments are processed securely via Xendit under Simply Designs Studio.

By completing your subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically based on your chosen billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.


3. Access to the Service

Upon successful payment, subscribers are granted access to Daniel through the Overflow Education course portal.

Access remains active for the duration of the current billing period. Continued access requires an active subscription.


4. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their Daniel subscription at any time directly from their account inside the Overflow Education portal.

  • Cancellation will stop future charges

  • Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period

  • No further payments will be collected after cancellation

We do not require email requests or manual intervention for cancellation.


5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access upon subscription, refunds are not provided for partial or unused subscription periods.

Please review the service details carefully before subscribing.


6. Acceptable Use

Subscribers agree to use Daniel responsibly and ethically.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute responses generated by Daniel as a standalone product

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system

  • Use Daniel in ways that violate applicable laws or platform policies

Daniel is intended as a guidance and support tool, not a replacement for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, prompts, workflows, and system logic associated with Daniel are the intellectual property of Simply Designs Studio and Overflow Education.

Access to Daniel does not grant ownership or resale rights to any part of the service.


8. Service Availability & Updates

We aim to provide consistent access to Daniel; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

We may update, improve, or modify the service to enhance quality and performance without prior notice.


9. Limitation of Liability

Daniel provides educational and informational guidance only.

Simply Designs Studio and Overflow Education are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made based on guidance provided by Daniel

  • Losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of the service

Use of Daniel is at your own discretion and responsibility.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of Daniel after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
